Boxercise requires flexibility, strength, speed and agility. Jumping and running between cones are just two parts of the Boxercise program. You will also gain confidence improved coordination and get a great energy boost! Our coaches are all fully qualified experts and ensure that you get the attention you need. You will love the way you feel after Boxercise.
